Sbarro - Palm Desert

Hi there! After a long time away due to COVID, I finally visited the mall and couldn't resist going to Sbarro Pizza! I used to go there regularly in 2019, before the pandemic, and I always enjoyed their Stromboli. I just want to mention how welcoming the staff was! The manager, who wore glasses, was incredibly nice, even though they were busy. I had the Stromboli and a Pepsi, and I loved the food! Thank you for a wonderful dinner! Looking forward to my next visit!

As an elderly Italian woman who appreciates authentic Italian pizza, I can confidently say this is the place to visit. The staff works diligently, and the managers are exceptionally kind—they even pointed me in the direction of Macy's. I've heard that some people are reluctant to work these days, so I'm grateful for their dedication. I especially enjoyed the pepperoni pizza. Thank you!

I visited Sbarro last Sunday and was surprised to find only two staff members working at the front, juggling both customer service and food preparation. Although it took a little while for someone to assist me, when they did, they were incredibly warm and apologetic about the wait. The food was really delicious and served piping hot! I was taken aback by how the staff handled the situation with grace, especially considering how rude some customers were being. These employees definitely deserve a raise and some well-deserved time off! I'll definitely be returning soon.
