Mimmo's Italian Restaurant

We had some of the best specials at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the tiramisu was outstanding!

As a Sicilian chef, I can say that this restaurant is fantastic. I highly recommend trying it out! The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, the seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere is very nice. This hidden gem in Palm Desert is located next to Hwy 111 on a frontage road, with great parking available.

We visited on a Friday evening and I suggest making a reservation in advance. The restaurant was very busy and the service was a little slow. Nonetheless, the food was delightful and the portion size was perfect.

The absolute best dining experience we've ever had. Our waiter was Joey, Mimmo's son, and he was absolutely amazing. The whole family works there and you can taste the love in the food. The pesto gnocchi tasted just like nonna made it in the back (I wonder if she did???! . Don't even get me started on the homemade gelato and limoncello. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Food was okay, but I’m not sure it met the price. Cocktails were well crafted. Service was solid
