We sat at the bar and had a great experience without waiting. The bar offers are festive and funny, we loved Caesar. Food is good and super fast. The house wine (Pinot noir) I thought was great for the price. I had the Risotto and would recommend.
Il Corso is and will be an outstanding culinary experience in the El Paseo collection. The building and ambience is excellent and the food is a notch above what the desert has to offer. The menu has been paired for years, but they offer a differentiated selection of dishes. The dishes are not your traditional spaghetti and meatballs, but more regional Italians with meat, seafood and pastas. Think of an elevated Italian cuisine. I think the wine list is quite weak, but they have a lot of Italian option. Overall, it is a great place to have a special evening or a celebration.
We went to this restaurant for years. The food and decor are amazing. The staff is very attentive and professional. The reason why I can't give it 5 stars this time is because we eat there last night and they have now whipped very loud music into the dining room. Very hard to talk. This is also an Italian restaurant and the music was Spanish music. Don't make sense. In addition, they had a kind of music program that must be free and at certain intervals spoke commercials. You have to get rid of this. It took from its previous dining room ambience and experience
Excellent service. Awesome food. Pork oso bucco was the best.
