Bidra med feedbackOMG!!! I don't even like pies but I can not stay away from their blueberry banana pie! I have heard from many that ALL thier pies are super delicious.
Their cheesecake and pies are definitely to a must try! So much so that their pies run out and when we got there we could only try the cheesecakes (which were also amazing! . The quantity is great and the quality is even better. Sadly there isn't a placeto sit and eat at the store but you can go across the street and eat there at Pint and Barrel.
I?ve been here 3 times trying to buy pie from Tyler! Always sold out and closed. Today was my lucky day! We bought three pies! Chocolate, coconut, and a blueberry banana. It was definitely worth the wait. Crust is flaky and perfect. The filling are justlike what my grandma would have made. The blueberry banana is a refrigerator pie,so good! If you have not been please go! This ismy go to for pies from now on. Well worth the drive! Price was great also. He did tell me the price would increase due to eggsalmost doubling in price. I?ll be back tho!
My husband and I arrived there at 1:30pm on Saturday, everything was gone but three slides of lemon pie left. We were so lucky to have two. There were many people still coming on in, but disappointed out. We were sorry for them! I reduced one star forthis reason. The slides of Lemon pie looked so so, but Lemon filing was smooth and tangy, we liked very much. My husband did notlike the slaty -sweet crunchy crust, but I liked it. if you want to have a piece of pie, harry up! BTW, the antique store was nolonger there and moved to downtown.
Best pies in Texas! Make sure to pay attention to their operating hours because I have noticed some reviews complaining about their hours. I suggest coming in the morning because their pies are very popular and may sell out in the afternoon.
