Applebee's Grill - Palestine

We had a great waitress. It was pretty busy and then had something wrong with I think the computer in the kitchen but the food was great and so was she. We had the all you can eat fine, shrimp and boneless wings. It was all good.

Excellent service. They were understaffed but handled it very professionally and provided outstanding service. I hadn't been to an Applebee's in probably 6 years but they are still incredible and a good value. This one is not local to me but I'd definitely go to another one!

Terrible experience. The drinks had a soapy taste, and when we ordered our food, it came out incorrect. To top it off, the waitress was quite rude.

We waited for 10 minutes to be seated, and the restaurant wasn't busy. After being seated, we waited another 10 minutes without anyone coming to take our order, so we decided to leave. We won't be returning.
