Colorado Roadhouse - Pagosa Springs

Everyone has had that experience where they are ghosted by the server after the food is served. That’s what this was and by the time she came to pick up the credit card we were putting exact change on the table and getting up to leave. Started out okay, seated right, it wasn’t busy at all. Had menus, water and order taken quickly. Cheese curd appetizer was hot and good. We the kids hamburger, bucket of fish which both hot and also good. I had the 12 ounce burger and fries smothered with chili. Flavor was good but burger was only warm and fries were cold. Had to wait several minutes before server came by to check. Sent it back and ordered wings instead. Those were hot and good. Meanwhile no water refills until we asked when server returned and it continued like that until we left. Will acknowledge that they took the burger off the bill and gave us 10% off.

Had a wonderful lunch here today. Generous portions, super friendly staff. The Cobb salad is wonderful!

Don't waste your time or money! Fried mushrooms are pre made from a frozen freezer bag. Had hopesfor the chicken fried steak but it tasted like it was fried in old oil that needed to be cleaned. Mashed potatos not real instant. Blue cheese and ranch Zero flavor. While waiting several plates being sent back with half the food still on them, wonder why. Bar restaurant area is cramped crowed and loud. The girl behind the bar rude and snarky. Floors dirty. Im sure they may a a sinagture item that might be good but who's to say!

There is nothing redeeming. The food was vile. Inedible. And limited. My options for vegetarian were a grilled cheese or side of mashed potatoes. It was disgusting. I can’t believe this place is still in business.The pizza ovens were down. The taps were dry. This was horrible.And the service was even worse!!!!

We pulled in from a long drive about 30 minutes before they closed. They where friendly and sat us right away. We ordered two margaritas and two burgers and they came out pretty quickly. The drinks where good, but the burgers where awesome. They tasted great and were so big we had to scheme on how to eat them. We ate and although past closing, they never once rushed us. Fantastic place!Parking: Beware the parking lot is a little rough. I was thankfully in a truck as some of the hole might be a bit much for a smaller or sports car.
