Mcdonald's - Pagadian City

Even it is crowded staff are paying attention of everything and quick serve even we are on the last que.. for some reason Made it quickly wow. Branch is small so you have to expect that looking for a table is bit challenging but people are giving way to each other.. Finally this branch accept credit card while it's raining hard outside...

The food was good there are just too few staff to help with the cleaning, we have to clean up the table ourselves since it was used by other customers before us, it took them forever to go clean our table. They have few seats and table to cater a lot of customers maybe because of the small area and they only have 2 counters that causes the long waiting line.

Their crew is well trained and quickly tends to customer’s concern and requests. Fast service as well, place is tidy

Good to know that this store is open until 9pm. Even though the food chain is hit by the pandemic, it strived and survived through its online orders and deliveries. Moreover, their order kiosk is up and running if you don't want to fall in line at the order counter. Just a fair warning: their coffee and other coffee-based drinks are not available beyond 6pm. Also, there are lots of customers during peak hours.

I will give 4 Star not bcoz I don’t like the place or service but they needed something to enhance I guess . Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
