Ok, so, I called was put on the wait list at about 6:15 April 7th. We had a table of 7. Four adults 3 kids (2 16yr 1 11yr). First, the sweet tea that was ordered for 4 people was NOT sweet. Our server went back brought out 4 new ones. These actually had sweetener in them. The food we ordered, I think every one of us had something wrong. There was missing items for almost everyone's meals. And the wait time was very long. We didn't say anything about the time, however we did make sure our server took care of the missing food. We're sure that our server was not too blame. She had written everything down. So it had to be something in the kitchen. Anyway, I'm not asking for a refund or free food. We live in FL probably won't be back to this Outback anyway. I just thought I'd let you know that we were not all together happy with our experience. We ended up leaving at 830. It was a long dinner! And the bill was a bit of a shock, but it was dinner for 7 people so I guess that's all good. Our server got a huge tip because my husband knew none of this was her fault.
Took my wife with a group of 12 for her 40th. The staff worked as a team, everything was perfect!
Very polite and timely service. The Manager Cori was very helpful when items I ordered were out of stock and she was quick to offer substitutions. Will be back!
Most importantly: the bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper rolls on the nasty floors!The food was super delish! Best mushrooms I've had in a long time. However, a manager has so much cologne on that you could taste it when he walked by.The hostess was more worried about his phone than people walking in or out
