Pizza Pronto - Paderborn

Many times ordered and always delicious. The pizza rolls are the best. Today picked up locally, ambience small but fine. Order there again and again :

Anyone who understands a pizza Neapolitan craft will be disappointed here. Anyone who, in addition, wants to get rich is right. So as dinner at the birthday of the children, at unhopeful friends' visits, or at everything that's a bit spontaneous. The name “pronto” is also a program. It's all short-term. For really good pizza, you'll probably order somewhere else. But what is more difficult in PB. From the ambience, you won't come here. It's more a pizza snack than a restaurant. For fast, cheap satt.

We don't order again. Cheese on the pizza doesn't taste at all and the rest isn't that hit either. Has to do with Italy nix.

I ordered a family pizza a week ago, which should be vegetarian. When we opened the carton, we had to find that there was at least 50% of the pizza meat and, in general, the bags were not as ordered. Unfortunately, due to the late time, no replacement was delivered on the phone, but our data notes with the promise to refund this error during the next order. The next weekend we wanted to come back to this promise, but unfortunately we were wiped out with nearly 8 euros discount (20 euros for the family pizza). The action wasn't okay. If we stay that way, that was the last order.

The following situation: We have ordered a family pizza with 4 different charges, and said we want it without meat. On arrival we notice that the pizza is half-carried with meat, but we do not eat the meat, we called. After brief clarification, we agreed that we will receive a free family pizza on the next call as compensation, as we did not insist on a refund and a new delivery on the same day was no longer possible. When we wanted to use this “compensation” one week later, one suddenly knew nothing about it and offered us a 10€ voucher to our next order. We're evaluating a star here because a promise was broken.
