Panera Bread - Pace

Not sure what is happening, maybe a new manager? Anyway the food is not what it used to be, the server never seems to take your order correctly, and it seems like they are always out of something, not to mention the company chain keeps removing the most classic of the pastry,to replace with something of lesser quality! Loved Panera but maybe is time to look for a different company! Service: Dine in

The food here has gone downhill somewhat. Considering how expensive this place is for just a sandwich it should be perfect. The workers are extremely friendly and respectful. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Noise level: Loud, but you can still talk Group size: 3-4 people Wait time: No wait

At one point I use to have about this being the best panera bread in our area. I don't know what is going on at this location. Last few visits seems they have been out of many items with a poor choice of alternatives. Another issue is getting the order correct. And today I noticed it says on the receipt if it's not correct you get a treat and I never received or was offered a treat. Lastly, their is no consistency. Every time I go I order the same thing. sometimes it's really good and on point, sometimes the Bread is harder then it should be. I get the same salad every time and everytime it's a different portion. We like Panera Bread but it's not worth the money if ingredients are missing do to being out and orders being messed up often.

It is a sad day when Dunken Donuts has better bagels then Panera. What happened? Panera bagels suck. Please go back to the old recipe. I mean, why would you even change it? One more restaurant down the tube. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Had a problem with our food and the manager Zack was the best. He redid it and was perfect. He has a very good personality and attitude. Been coming here for years and will continue. If you like fresh food and good baked goods I highly recommend. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
