Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

We came inside. Ordered the young lady was very polite After that it all went down hill. Food took 35 minutes to get done. The cook was the only person working. 4 other employees were just screwing around. After asking several times our food finally came. The cook was also delivering the food to customers waiting outside. We love Zaby’s food but this restaurant is the worst we have ever been in we travelled from Branson Mo and this was the worst fast food restaurant we visited. I feel sorry for the owner of this restaurant It was shameful. Please feel free to contact me You only have one good employee. We were there October 28 4:00 Pm. Love your restaurants. Worse chicken straps, I ever got at any restaurant they never even looked close to their picture of them. I will never go back there or any other zaxbys. You can not call them a real restaurant they should be shut down for misleading the public. My dog would not even eat them.
