Hunan Garden Chinese - Oxnard

Oh my god this place is so good. I live in downtown Ventura and drive all the way down to Oxnard just to eat here. I cannot recommend this restaurant any higher.

Service is top-notch and food is really delicious. Not to mention, they still have lunch specials under $10.00 and it's 2022 at the height of inflation. I don't know how anyone can beat that.

The best Chinese food in Oxnard! The portions are massive and the food is so delicious and filling. The egg flower soup is addicting, super thick and so tasty. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a great atmosphere, even better is that it?s family owned. The dumplings are handmade, with a thick dough and a generous amount of sausage. You can taste the quality of everything, and I definitely recommend trying this place out if you?re in the area.

I got the beef and broccoli dinner c paper chicken and fried rice everything is great rice is a feels different from what I'm use to for fried rice. Really with they used the old school takeout boxes instead of the styrofoam and plastic. With the boxes you won't have cross contamination, think that's why the rice doesn't taste right.
