Carl's Jr. - Oxnard

I expected a typical visit to CJ's, but it turned out to be a delightful experience. I observed a manager mentoring a new employee, helping customers, and ensuring the store was clean. Lucy, the manager, deserves praise for her professionalism and leadership on the front line.

We stopped by for lunch around 1:30 pm. It wasn't very crowded and we received our food quickly. I ordered chicken strips with a Dr. Pepper, while my husband got the Big Burger with fries. The only complaint I had was that the fries were cold. The restaurant was clean, the employees were wearing masks, and someone regularly cleaned tables and swept the dining room. To use the bathroom, you need to get a code, but it was clean and well-kept.
