Panda Express - Oxford

Bad service and the place was nasty, which is bad because we got there at opening. Priced as high as a all you can eat buffet. Don't waste your money and time

Didn?t have any selection of food on menu as the staff stated they were out of prep items and produce. Placed the order around 8pm , way before the closing time. I was very disappointed not to see any chef cooking in the back kitchen and assume that theywere short of kitchen staff. They had only 2 types of chicken entree, 2 types of beef entree , 1 shrimp entree , which is veryless compared to the advertised menu. Had to settle down with what was left on the service table

Very poor service at this location. They asked if we wanted drinks and we ordered tea only to be told after we paid that they had no tea and could do nothing about it. If we had been informed we would not have bought drinks. What a joke. Mateo themanager was most unpleasant to work with and did very little to help make our visit pleasant. Will most likely not come back.Chipotle is just close by and great.

Completely disgusted. Went by drive thru. Got home. All of my food was wrong. 2 of our plates only had 1 entree and was suppose to have 2. My Beef and broccoli was chicken and green beans. Called and was told to bring it back. Then they refused to fix itor refund our money. All they offered was a free entree. Do not go there. Scam artist!

Front line workers frazzled.. making the young women working up front impatient with guests. Food quality fine but customer service lacking boardered on being rude.
