Panda Express - Oxford

I visited this place several times. They had greatly improved until this visit. I went to the counter to say immediately, "We only have apple juice to drink. They didn't even have water. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was hard to drink my lunch with nothing. The food was delicious.

This is my first time trying to buy food here, and the result is very dissatisfied because the portions are very small and the taste is not so good.. I suggest going straight to a chinese restaurant which incidentally is really a china restaurant

Very nice place the people was kind and took my orders accordingly. The food was good for the price it was, loved the walnut shrimps ?

First time eating at a panda express. Can't say I was impressed at all. Food was bland. Didnt even get the stuff I asked for. Aside from rangoons. Everything else was just stuff the picked because they were speaking to each other and not the customer. For $28 dollars I want at least what I asked for. I've eaten at buffets with more flavor and consistency than this place. 0/10 would not eat here again.

Manager Mateo does not keep his word on what he promises when his store messes up an ENTIRE order and ruins dinner for an entire family. He tells me that he doesn 't really remember what i said that night when you called yet argued that I wasn 't right in what he DID say. Food is never fresh. Order is always wrong. They won 't take debit one time, then won 't take cash the next. They don 't even make their wrongs right. Seems to me the only way to not be cheated out of my money and experience at this Panda Express is to stop going there. Would give 0 stars if I could.
