Jakes Takeaway - Oxford

I am a big fan of this casual eatery and have been for years. I particularly love their spicy wings, especially with garlic sauce! I've tried several items from the menu, and everything has been quite good. However, I was hesitant to eat there because I was concerned that my clothes would smell like greasy food. If you're looking for a quick bite and are nearby, I recommend checking out TAKE'S!

The restaurant is a charming little place with plenty of space for social distancing. Their menu offers a great variety, and as a chicken lover, I found plenty of options to choose from. Even if you're not in the mood for chicken, they have alternatives like pizza. I tried the boneless box, and it was delicious—the chicken was hot and tender, and the chips were just the right amount of crispy. The barbecue sauce was generously applied and added a nice touch. I will definitely be returning!

After a terrible experience with another restaurant that was rude and messed up my order, I decided to try Jake's, and they were absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, both over the phone and in person when I picked up my order. They were so helpful, and I truly felt like I received a personalized experience, which is rare for takeout. Everything was delicious, especially the chips! If I lived nearby, I would definitely order from them again!
