Yoshi Sushi Fusion - Owens Cross Roads

This is perhaps the best tasting dinner I've ever had in Huntsville, and I'm trying some restaurants. That's the second time I was here. The first time was an incredible experience. I ordered the chef 's Choice , and was presented 10 different dishes, presented individually and described. Some of my favorites were the Sake Carpaccio (Scottish Salmon wrapped around Orange Slices), the Tansanian Sea Bass served in a glass with smoke, Enormous Russian King Crab, Bluefin Tuna Toro (it was so tasteful and delicate it melted practically in your mouth), and finally finish the Wagyu beef. It was some of the best sushi I ever had in my life. I came back today to make sure it wasn't a fuke, and was definitely not disappointed. I ordered the Tansanian Sea Bass as my first bite and only had to close my eyes and enjoy it for a few minutes. And once again the salmon and citrus was what I chose next, and it was as divine as I remembered. This time I decided to try one of their cooked dishes. The Tonkastu Ramen was recommended. I wish I had made a picture because it was so beautiful and traditional. It tasted like in Japan. Every bite was incredible. I finished my meal with her homemade cream Brulee. I'm a sucker for a good cream glasses. The presentation was wonderful, and it had a beautiful cover. That said as wonderful as it was, I can't help but back to sushi. Everyone bites a piece of heaven. If it is your first time, take the time to ask the server for recommendations. You won't regret it.

I decided to try this place over a collection of small plates. The fog was probably the best sea bass I ever had. I especially enjoyed her recording on spicy crab cheese. Also friendly and friendly team!

Many decisions when you are an Asian fusion fan. Mostly Japanese cuisine, but quite good food.

Dan's service was fantastic. We gave him only parameters and he brought the most beautiful dishes with so many flavors. Make yourself a favor and get the Brussels Spirouts. The food was excellent the staff was great. The fish was fresh and each dish was sown perfectly. I will definitely be back, but next time I will save space for dessert.

Great food, I enjoy the atmosphere, staff is friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. Covid conscientious, taking temps at the door and maintaining distances. I'm working my way through the menu...
