Chicago Bbq - Owatonna

We were there twice. The food was great. I look forward to more BBQ wings after the church. It was disappointing when we were waiting for a group of 10 people. We saw the staff displaying the menu, ECT. No hours are posted. No one came out to say we didn't open up / or we're opening up??? I'll be back because the food is great! Please post the hours. Big sign on the window say something would start today at 2....you need more than that.

A family-run barbeque restaurant. The furnishings and atmosphere are quiet and reserved, and dim, without being dark. The food is cheap and has a unique quality and character that it stands out from chain restaurants in a refreshing way. I enjoyed the pages especially - the Hornbrot was especially beautiful. I found the meat on the dry side, although the burger was beautiful and juicy. Of course, your taste preference in the barbeque will have a great influence on your own experience.

My husband and I had the baby ribs. They were tenderly dropped from the bone with a wonderful sauce. I loved her, my husband thought the meat was a little gland. We also had beans, potatoes and corn bread. All were delicious. My husband had the Coleslaw and didn't like the vinegar sauce. The food came out quickly. Friendly staff.

One of the best places to eat in the Owatonna area. Patterned all the ribs they had, and not one did my taste buds. Heck even her fries had a pronounced taste that made them all better. I know I'll do my best to keep these guys in business. Compared to this, these are great as the only other choice for BBQ in the Famous Dave's area is, and all they do is rub meat and present it as BBQ by saying, oh you can your own what is not BBQ. Chicago BBQ is like the name implies and is very the #1 choice in Owatonna for ribs.
