Baskin Robbins - Owasso

I had the best customer service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. The manager, Phil, went above and beyond to assist my daughter and me. Even though I live 20 minutes away, I would gladly make the drive just for their exceptional service. Plus, the ice was fantastic!

My family and I love these Baskin Robbins! The staff is always so sweet and patient with my children and me! The owners are also so sweet! Every time I ask my babies if they want ice cream, they always want Baskin Robbins!

Do you have to stop here every time we visit our son and granddaughter in Owasso!! We have no more in our hometown.

I brought my grandson to Owasso to get new school shoes and to run excavations. After an exhausting afternoon of shopping we stopped for your ice cream. I had no Baskin Robbins in 15 years (Pistachio is my favorite! And it was so nice to get out of the Oklahoma heat and enjoy something I shared with my son and now my grandchildren. The store was fantastic and I wish I had received the name of the lady who was inclined to us. She was absolutely sweet!! We will definitely be back (the next time it does not take 15 years!

Probably the best Baskin-Robbins I have been too I some time. Full order of flavors and the owner (at least I believe it was the owner) was the nicest person I have met in some time. Highly recommend!
