Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Oviedo

Super rude and unprofessional drive through staff. I was asked to park and waited 15 mins for food. The staff played and goofed off the entire time I waited in the lobby. The manager was absolutely no help.

Disappointed with Inconsistent Service.I've been a loyal customer of Popeye Chicken for quite some time now, but unfortunately, my recent experience has left me disappointed. This is the second time I've ordered a 12-piece family meal, only to receive 11 pieces.Not only was the order incorrect, but my attempts to contact the store to rectify the situation were fruitless, as calls went straight to voicemail.While I've enjoyed the food in the past, the lack of consistency in service and the inability to resolve issues promptly has me questioning whether I'll continue to be a patron.I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

Usually on point but this week I got a blackened sandwich that I may have gotten 1 good bite from unfortunately. Musta sat under heating lamp way too long because the top of the breast was rock hard

I love Popeye's spicy chicken. Service and location were great.
