Kitchen 95 - Overland

First time getting take out from here. It was very good. Sweet mom and her family working late on a cold winter Saturday night! We got veggie stir fried noodles, the eggplant basil dish, crispy tofu everything was delicious, fresh, hot and flavors are well balanced! The crispy tofu, understandably, was not quite crisp since it was in a take out container but crisped up nicely in a dry skillet. I can tell old dirty grease from a bland dish like this one, and clearly the chef uses fresh inventory. The flavors give me the impression the dishes might be Taiwan influenced not sure since we only tried a couple of items, but definitely will be trying more dishes. Generous portions, too!

This place is amazing I have been searching for a legit Chinese takeout place for many years and many cities, and this one fits the bill. I get the chili stir fried chicken and it is absolutely delicious.

Super authentic Taiwanese food! Cheap and delicious eatery in STL. Very authentic Taiwanese food (just like the taste of a Taipei restaurant)

The absolute worst! The rice was basically white it didn't seem at all fried. It had no taste and a few very tiny shrimp. Would not recommend!
