Didn't verify my order, didn't give me a receipt. I got home. Spent 10 dollars on a small breakfast burrito. When I requested 2. I call to complain and the manager says, I will need you to come by to fix this issue I am not going to go back through the drive thru so you can fix the most basic mistake. Congratulations on losing a customer. I will not come back. Absolutely horrible service.
I always order cheesy roll ups and I always have problems with them but this time it was just ridiculous. There was no cheese and barely melted. And when I tried to call it just rang till they hung up on me.
My family and I have had several poor experiences at this Taco Bell.The wait has been unreasonably long with no explanation or apology. Today, we ordered a chalupa, but the shell was so hard and dry that it was impossible to eat. I have ordered with the mobile app and had to wait five to ten minutes past the requested time.We love Taco Bell, but we will not be returning to this particular one.
4:00 in the afternoon and the drive through line is not moving after 15 minutes. I parked and take my two children to the door to go inside…signs say the lobby is open but the doors are locked. The employees inside were standing around talking to each other and staring at us at the door but not acknowledging us or explaining what’s going on. I wouldn’t trust people like this to prepare my food when they can’t be bothered to get the basics right. This was not the first time our experience here has been subpar but it will be the last. The Taco Bells on 119th or 87th can get you taken care of, don’t waste your time on this one.
