Bidra med feedbackI 'm used to 'my ' hooters down here in Springfield. Mine is well staffed and their cooks rock. This one in KC was poorly staffed. They screwed up my order they comped my food which was good but their breading, or lack there of disappointed me because I 'm spoiled with better cooks in Springfield. Not a stellar experience.
Celebrated my sons birthday here today. There was 1 server working the entire floor. She was very informative about what was going on with the slow service and warned us as we came in. The GM was there too and she was absolutely calm too. I would give them all 10 stars if I could. All the customers that were there were calm and chill as well. Not a single disgruntled soul in sight. This speaks volume. The kids and I played corn hole and jenga to stay occupied while we waited for our food. You all did a really great job. Thank you for showing up for us and everyone else.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. My order arrived late and cold, and I did not receive the cheese sauce I had requested. The bread on my twisted burger was hard, and both the fries and onion rings were cold. This was not up to my expectations, especially coming from Texas where I have never encountered this issue before.
This is definitely the best Hooters restaurant I have ever dined at. The food was amazing. Our waitress, Mariah, was friendly, nice, and beautiful.
We used to be weekly patrons of the Hooters on Metcalf in Overland Park but this establishment has gotten, dare I say, disgusting. For starters, one of the exterior handles on the double door is broken and has been for weeks. It dangles upside down by a single screw. Secondly, the ongoing sewer smell has worsened with time. Upon entering the restaurant last Monday, we turned on our heals and quickly exited as the smell made us physically sick. More often than not, not all of the ceiling lights and not all of the TVs are working. EVERY bar stool has ripped vinyl, therefore cutting the back of one?s knees. On Monday of this week and today, a Wednesday, we attempted dinner at Hooters but left due to the tap beer not being up to correct temperature and therefore they were only offering bottled beer. When craving Hooters wings, my husband and I will drive 25 minutes to go to the Kansas Speedway Hooters. I urge corporate management to address the issues listed above. It pains us to see wait staff that we?ve gotten to know over the years disappointed and upset seeing people turn around at the door once stepping inside the decrepit establishment.
