Chartroose Caboose - Overland Park

Always a big and great tasting sandwich from either of the two chartroose caboose in town.

It's a humble little place that reminds me of shops and burger joints I would go to with my dad as a kid. It's old, but it feels good that it's old. The food is top notch, won't find a better philly unless you go to Philly yourself.

I'm not from Philadelphia nor have I been there but here in KC this is among the the best in KC for a Philly. As for the cheese burger, if you want a good greasy cheese burger I don't think you'll be disappointed. Also, their fresh squeezed lemonade hits the spot. I 100٪ recommend this restaurant, I've frequented it for 20 years and fully support them.

This is the first time in 15+ years I've been back to the caboose, different location but still delicious as ever! Best Philly around and quick friendly service

My 8 years old and I came here for the first time and we love eating. I ordered a rice dish and he ordered a grilled cheese and the quality of the food was amazing. it is clean and the personal was amazing. I recommend!
