Just the best !! Went here with my sister (extremely allergic to peanuts/nuts/soy/legumes) their flour blend was safe for her. Additionally, they keep a binder on hand with every ingredient for every baked good. So safe and wonderful. Viva Puff GF cupcake blew my mind.

Multiple GF options (mostly also vegan). I was informed that they have many celiac customers and good protocols in place (eg making the GF products on a different day than regular products). Felt fine after eating.

The gluten free option was a pumpkin scone and it was delicious!

Went twice to grab desert and I absolutely loved what I ordered. The brownie is simply delicious. I am not a big fan of cupcakes

My husband is gluten intolerant and I love to bake, but have not been successful in baking gluten-free. I found Thimble Cakes online and decided to get a GF cake for my husband's birthday. I tried their GF chocolate brownie to see how it tasted and, OMG, it as phenomenal. It was not gritty, it had great flavor, moistness, etc. I bought a 6" chocolate cake (GF.) I was given samples of their ice cream, which is amazing, especially the Mint Chocolate Chip. I picked up the cake and even bought a tub of the Mint Chocolate Ice Cream as well as an apple turnover (not GF.) The Turnover was incredibly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Great apple flavor and oh so good. I highly recommend this bakery, whether GF or not. The cake as somewhat pricey, but the quality and taste is worth the expense. The staff is friendly and takes time to help pick out the perfect cake.
