The Wild Oat - Ottawa

An absolutely wonderful place of warmth and love. I worked at the Wild Oat when I was younger for a number of years on and off and find myself missing it immensely at times. It was such a great place to be whether you worked there or were a patron. Kind, loving people, excellent nutritious and delicious food, beautiful artwork on the walls, music and conversation filling the air, a home away from home. I wish there were Wild Oat Bakerys all over the country because it’s such a perfect place to me and I wish I could swing by at a moments notice. Anyone who is in the area and hasn’t checked the place out please do! To everyone I knew and grew with there I love you all! You are one of the best parts of Ottawa to me. I wish health, happiness and good times for everyone who sets foot inside. Be free, be wild!

Lots of gluten free options, I was in heaven : Had a very friendly older gentleman serve us at the cash.

A wonderful cafe in Armstrong. It is absolutely beautiful and peaceful inside. Lovely staff. Great place to hang out, drink, eat and chat with friends.

I've been going to the Wild Oat Bakery Cafe for 15 years!!! This is my favorite establishment in the Glebe Ottawa. The food is exceptional and the service friendly and the atmosphere is funky ! Love you guys

The staff at this bakery and cafe are lovely. The brunch menu is fantastic, with my top choices being the special, egg sandwich, and very veggie crepes. The coffee is amazing and they have good prices on beer. The evening has great music as well!
