Kochu on Preston - Ottawa

This restaurant is a cozy mom and pop establishment! The atmosphere and food were both inviting, delicious, and served in generous portions. In addition to Korean dishes, they also offer sushi! Personally, I believe their Korean food and gimbap were the standouts here. I will definitely be returning to sample their other offerings :D

Kochu on Preston St. is one of my favourite sushi places in the city. Been with them since way back when they had the Elgin St location. Excellent menu and a brown rice option. Quick and efficient service, especially if you order ahead.

I always forget to take pictures of the food at this restaurant because as soon as it arrives, I start eating it! This is currently my favorite place in Ottawa. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service and convenience are on point. My husband and I make sure to visit as often as possible. It's the best discovery we've made since moving to Ottawa. Give it a try and you won't regret it!

Amazing!! I got the Elgin Bento Box, I 10/10 recommend, the sushi is incredible and they give just enough condiments, perfectly prepared. I will definitely order again.

This was my first time at Kochu. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant and the restaurant is clean. I like how it’s open till midnight Friday and Saturday. Located in Little Italy this is a great spot for good quality Korean. I’ll definitely be back and next time try the sushi.
