Burrito Gringo - Ottawa

All the girls working on January 5 at 10:00 were so nice and they gave fantastic customer service with smiles on their faces. Will definitely be back. Delicious food too!

I tried to call your restaurant, but it went to Voicemail as you must be so busy! I just ordered about DoorDash Brent J. This Burrito was completely perfect, and whoever made it clear, he was very careful. I haven't eaten all day in my restaurant and I wanted a significant burrito when I left home. That's what I have! Thank you. Fresh, beautifully made, treated with care. Please praise your chefs!!!

Great Burritos, great employees accidentally got the wrong Burrito (understood). He began to eat it in the passenger seat and realized that it was the wrong one (Cilliantro and no meat), dipped back and they were very polite and apologetic and immediately corrected. It was a very human fast food experience and I liked it. For the Burritos and the people.

The absolutely best restaurant in Ottawa ever!! It is quick as prepared in other fast food chains, except it is actually FRESH here, and extremely tasty. The only thing that bothers me is the music outside; it can sometimes be loud.

Everytime I go, I get the Grande Bowl. The food is well seasoned, flavorful, fresh. The staff are polite, helpful. I would recommend a burrito Bowl if you want 2 meats and the toppings. Can't wait until my next time I go
