Bento Sushi - Ottawa

The waitress were extremely rude; I've never seen such behavior in my life. We ordered 3 noodles with shrimp, but they added pork soup without informing us. We asked for a refund, but they refused. We paid $80 and didn't eat. We gave the food to the homeless. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant .... the owner should address the waitres's conduct.

Staff were prompt and friendly, place seemed clean, but the food was terrible. Had the beef bento box. The rice was almost complete mush. Gyoza and beef were either just boiled or steamed. Would not recommend.

Taste was what I expected for the price. Not bad but not so brilliant. Recommended to ppl looking for quick and simple

A good option for a healthy snack to get energy to continue your shopping adventure. Staff is very friendly noticeably higher than a typical fast food place. Sushi was good but probably made in the morning so it was ok fresh vs amazing fresh.

Have walked past this place everyday for five years, thinking it was just another mall food option, anything but! Ordered a bento box yesterday and it was a lot of food for a very reasonable price, and it was delicious and fresh. Staff was polite and quick. Went back again today to get it again for lunch! Highly recommend it if you’re near or passing through the mall.
