Benny&co. - Ottawa

Edit: I picked up a few days ago eating again after I saw the answer below. Unfortunately it was not ready again, not a terrible wait, but again, the pommes were stone cold, and the hunch overboiled and a bit dry. they really have to go back to the way they were, there is a new chicken place open soon almost over the road! a few months ago they would get 1 star. we love benny co eating, and find the prices still reasonable, and to their credit, this place did a great task to help us through the pandemic. her huh is always really delicious, and the service is good and fast. we would order / pay online, then they will pick it up a few minutes later. we live approx. 4 minutes away, so it was a very efficient system. the last three paintings, however, have seen changes, perhaps due to personal problems, how others experience, or perhaps more glitter in their computer. very soon solved. we'll give them some chances to be safe. the last three times was not ready to eat, or even close. I guess the commands were completely missed, and began once realized at the arrival. it's not a big waiting time, so not exciting. also the server are very friendly and apologetic. last night had unusual additional problems. we ordered two dinners. After we brought them home, we found that the fries that we love, and are in the really nice and hot, not even warm. the chicken was overdonated and dry and had many broken bones. the sides were not right, either we have 3 coleslaws and only one soße. a slight error, but the individual sauce was just over the half full. dry chicken with not enough soße to make for that not a pleasant experience. So only a bad experience with eating, but I would like to return this 5th star. again we love eating and will try when it goes back as it was, I will adjust my review.

Their chicken dishes are juicy and tender. I think they're the best restaurant if you want to order chickens. their service is excellent when they are in a hurry because they are not sitting earlier on their table and their order arrives at their table! I give benny co. a very big thumb!? I recommend to visit and try! I think they are very hard to disappoint.

I'm a Benny fan. I tried good and tried bad. this place is new so I want to try it. the place is clean. the service is amazing. the server jake brought us our food and was really pleasant and polite. he said we should just tell him if we need something or more sauce or cole Slav. he also mentioned that he had to clean up our stuff and we didn't even have to bring the tablet. How nice. that never in another benny. the chicken is well cooked and very tasty. sauce as good as ever. the claw is just perfect. I'm sure I'll return to this place.

Very friendly service. Staff are helpful and they clean the dining room thoroughly after each group. The food is tasty and well-presented with real plates and cutlery. We'll be back often!

Excellent service. Lovely and clean. Meeting room available for larger groups. Concise beer and wine selection with healthy side salads and a vegetarian option, too. Feels like a well designed business. Food was solidly good and fast.
