Tim Hortons - Ottawa

I visited the restaurant for a large French vanilla coffee and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Both items were delicious, and I'm looking forward to returning!

I really enjoy this Tim Hortons. It's well-designed, elegant, clean (when it's not too busy), and cozy. The service is good as well. While there is definitely some room for improvement in customer service, overall, it's one of my favorite locations.

I can’t comment on the food since I wasn’t able to place an order. The service was terrible; I waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged and ultimately left. The staff seemed to be moving in slow motion and didn’t pay any attention to me. I would recommend avoiding this place. I anticipate a generic response with a link to customer service that won’t lead to any resolution.

Terrible everything... they always get orders wrong, they never have enough of anything and the coffee they are serving tastes like muddy well water ... I tried the mocha latte and it was hot water and with chocolate sauce ... I will be sure to never come back

Tim Hortons has a birthday gift on your birthday, which includes a complimentary breakfast sandwich. This has been promised promoted. So, I went to redeem my reward. I downloaded the app weeks ahead, followed the instructions, and went on my birthday only to get told by THREE employees that I was wrong, and I had no idea what I was talking about, and that they never heard of such a thing. They called me a liar, and it was against their policies. I tried to show them it was posted on the website that it was the actual policy, but they refused listen. I drove out of my way excited to redeem this gift but was accused of being a liar on my birthday. Super freaking embarrassing and unwelcoming. I go to Tim’s randomly, but I feel like this was a false advertisement, and I’m also just so embarrassed and feel uncomfortable/unwelcomed to be going back. The staff that was working October 3rd around 2pm should know about the promotions at the restaurant that they work at.
