Pretoria Place - Ottawa

I wasn't expecting much from a cafe located in the lobby of an office building, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had some time to spare before an afternoon appointment, so I decided to grab a bite to eat. I ordered Italian Wedding soup and a cheeseburger. The soup was average, but the burger exceeded my expectations. It was made with a fresh hand-formed patty and topped with real cheese. The size of the burger was impressive, as shown in the photo I took next to some crackers. The only thing that could have improved the burger was a bit more seasoning on the patty. However, the friendly and welcoming service from the cashier made the experience even better. I believe that a smile can enhance the taste of food. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
