Mr Pretzels - Ottawa

As soon as I walked in the service was impeccable, manners were respectable, and everybody was so kind and looked very happy. I was very pleased with how the food was usually pretzels are very soggy and dry, but they had extra butter, and was perfectly soft and excellently cooked.

This place really knows what they're doing in the hiring process because the staff is always the nicest people ever. Very chill, not fakey-nice, just genuine nice people, it's always a pleasure to be here. I've tried several of their pretzels and I have to say, just the basic salt pretzel is my favorite. Yum!

The owner should be paying attention to the employees. There is a male worker with serious anger management issues it’s so concerningWill never go there again

Used to be awesome pretzel place. But they are very dry, the quality has gone way down. It just tastes like a dry baguette now
