Mr Pretzels - Ottawa

Love this place! I’ve had a dozen of their pretzels and they are always lovely!I would definitely recommend this place for those craving for some hot and delicious doughy treats!My personal favorites are Nutella and Napolitano ?Take some Nutella on the side and dip your pretzel to enjoy it fully!Napolitano, on the other hand, is a kick of savoury goodness with cheese and herb powder. Love this.Parking: The spot is in the Bayshore shopping mall. The mall has plenty of parking available.

This Mr. Pretzels location is in the Bayshore Shopping Centre. It's not in the food court though, it's on the second floor across from the Real Fruit Bubble Tea store. Their pretzels are big, soft and fluffy. They don't have that chew that Bavarian pretzels have, it's a different kind of pretzel. I like both types though. Their pretzels are $4.89 each. I've had many flavours, both sweet and savoury. They are all good. Mr Pretzels is always a tasty snack when in the mall.

The two ladies working this evening were so fantastic they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was very happy with her snack! They were so kind and understanding

This place really knows what they're doing in the hiring process because the staff is always the nicest people ever. Very chill, not fakey-nice, just genuine nice people, it's always a pleasure to be here. I've tried several of their pretzels and I have to say, just the basic salt pretzel is my favorite. Yum!

As soon as I walked in the service was impeccable, manners were respectable, and everybody was so kind and looked very happy. I was very pleased with how the food was usually pretzels are very soggy and dry, but they had extra butter, and was perfectly soft and excellently cooked.
