This was our first visit to east side Mario. The restaurant had a good ambiance. The service was very poor, we were not served water the server forgot our appitizer and we had to remind her after we got our main course served also I had no fork for the pasta and had to wait 5 mins to get her attention and another 5 mins for the fork while my food was getting cold and she also forgot the dip for the pizza , by the end when food was done we had a few take out boxes and requested for a bag and she said sure and never showed up waited for a bit and left. The restaurant wasn’t busy mind that. The food was good decent. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Came here with the family! Great place for lunch and dinner. Wife's favorite sit in restaurant. Best fresh bread and soup! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered three different pasta dishes, all of them came dry and without much sauce. In addition, some salad pieces were brown and slimy indicating bad lettuce, and portion sizes definitely have suffered from shrinkflation. 3 people and a bill over $100, I will no be eating here again. Worst service and food experience at this location . To order it took 15 min or more . Server was pleasant . Ordered our drinks another 15 min . My Caesar salad was ok more dressing would have made it tastier . I also asked for some peppers. Non were there . It wasn’t busy ! Usually a loaf of their is served before the meal arrives . When she finally arrives with our meals I pleasantly asked if we could have some bread . Her reply was . I only have two hands I bit my tongue. And just thanked her ! My chicken parma dry and little sauce on the pasta . My son’s chicken Alfredo looked great . But the chicken wasn’t great tasting ! Luckily we filled up on the bread . Will I return to this location . NO . Worst meal ever at this location. And service Server Sarah P. While serving another table she yelled inappropriately at the person helping her NOT cool . The owner asked me to resend the review on their number site . And boom Nothing ! No reply since . I will not recommend this location sadly . Ogilvie road location may be better .
