Ruta Del Asador - Osorno

The place is very top, the loin cuts super good and to the point Perfect, unfortunately the entrails had a grossly strong flavor, I think it was frozen or lost its cold chain at some point. I put a 3 because what was really surprising was the chestnut gnocchi or gnocchi, a real recommended delicacy : (Original El lugar es bien top, los cortes de lomo súper bien y al punto Perfecto, lamentablemente la entraña tenía un sabor groseramente fuerte, yo creo que estaba congelado o perdió en algún momento su cadena de frío. Pongo un 3 porque lo realmente sorprendente fue los ñoqui o gnocchis de castaña, una real delicia recomendada :

The best meat that you have tasted in osorno, and perhaps in chile. soft, juicy, perfect cooking point. the combination with so sauces (stragon, in my case) was excellent, and the gnocchis of accompaniment chestnut were equally exquisite. accompanied by a good beer, in a slightly distant and super quiet place, make the super pleasant combination. osornino sopiro dessert is also very good if drops of the murtas in conserve. By the way, I recommend to book, just in case.
