Shāo Ròu ホルモン Bǎn Shàng Méi Tián Běn Diàn

I went to the shop on Friday. I was surprised that the popularity of the shop was empty. This time I was surprised that it was almost cut by a set of service. Basically, it is a course, so I eat freshly焼け meat. It is not suitable for drinking sake. Meat is not possible, but it is unique and the word is very small.

Great place for food, drinks and local atmosphere. Dishes are cooked before you. Choose your ingredients and sauce (miso and/or garlic), wait for waiters to grill them and go for them! Prepare your meal by ordering Soba or Udon: these will be roasted on the same pan plus some green onions and an egg. The rest of your sauce will finally be used. What a great find in Osaka (only 10 minutes from Osaka Station)
