Fresh food and they always throw in dipping sauce <3

The fries were old there was food not cooked properly or done in certain spots of the food horrible food

Sent 2 large drinks. was supposed to be 3 mediums. also they were out of some soda product but were still advertising it as available online.

The most disappointing order I have yet to receive from a restaurant. Not only did they make my dasher sit there for an hour waiting on my food, but they lost my order in the process. It wasn't even started until 50 minutes after the dasher arrived. So even longer after my order was placed. And then they were rude to the dasher and saying they had other orders (after mine) that they were working on. And then after that super long wait and my kids having to stay up after their bedtime so they could eat their dinner, my food all arrived cold. I don't even know how that is possible. And on top of all that, they forgot my daughter's drink. To say I'm disappointed really is an understatement. Frustrated, annoyed, hungry, unsatisfied, even upset. Happy Valentine's Day, huh?

Orders get mixed up here and are incorrect here. Its not made your way anymore. Computer systems appear to be faulty on mobile orders. It seems that the business does not receive online orders until customer arrives.
