Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ormond Beach

This is the worst food I've gotten from them. The rice is not even close to being cooked so the way. Hard as a rock. The chips were disgusting obviously. We couldn't even eat our meal.

They were out of beans and the veggie and told us they were not going to be filling them back up even though they had many hours until they closed. The chips were stale. They were ever rude to everyone whom was ordering. I love the food but the employees seem to not care about their customers and start closing hours before their actual closing time.

Typically this is my favorite chipotle out of the 3 closest to me. Unfortunately, today the food was extremely bland. I ordered a double chicken bowl. The chicken AND EVEN the mild tomato salsa are very flavorless like there was no salt or lime added AT ALL. To make things worse my rice is very hard and not edible not to mention it taste like they put very little if any at all of salt and the citrus lime juice.

It was good. Only one negative server. Good choice of healthier drinks and food.

Nice hot food, clean space and sweet staff except the AA cashier lady.
