Orleans Seafood

Good customer service and phenomenal seafood. The crab cakes were our favorite bite from our Cape Cod visit. I only wish we had grabbed more to take home!

Food was good (fish tacos) however customer service is severely lacking. After ordering and paying we sat to wait for our food. The person who rang us up came over to tell us that he had rung us up wrong, charged us for a special that wasn’t being run that day, so they would have to refund the charge and start over. I went back to the counter to take care of this but the woman couldn’t figure out how to accomplish this. So after embarrassingly standing there for several minutes at least (with a line building) she decided to enter a miscellaneous charge for the difference and charge me for that rather than figure out how to do the refund and charge me appropriately. We’re talking about a $3 difference. Could have been handled much better. Thumbs down to the customer service and we won’t be back despite decent food. There are plenty of better places to have lunch that don’t treat their customers like this.

It was disappointing to buy salmon and be charged a 20% tip. I did not press 20% but it was tapped when I went in to tap the credit card. When I alerted the store of the mistake they said they could not pay me back. The idea that one would be charged 20% tip on fish purchase is very disappointing and poor customer service.

If you like soggy fish tacos swimming is a pool of watery dressings with two bites of fish then this is the place for you. It was horrible, they ought to be ashamed of themselves.
