WARNING: I ordered a number 11 and I found a piece of plastic on the cheese

This place not only has horrible customer service, but also has a window person who thinks she is in the street Instead of a workplace. Not only did I have to repeat my order 3 times but Latesia decided to mimic me in a derogatory manner! She had an attitude like she wanted to fight as I told her I ordered a natural lemonade and she insisted I didn?t order it. Then filled my cup all the way to the top with ice! Wow! This all happened after I made a complaint to the manager. The manager seemed to not care and just wanted to cover for her employees. I then called afterwards and the same manager said to me that she and another manager heard me being rude! How can someone be rude when they have to repeat and order 3 times. How does a manger lie to me and say that Latesia did not walk away to get my natural lemonade and say that if only she can ? get me? one of her co workers! The manager that I spoke to on the phone said she spoke to her ?Latesia? yet I paid for my food, there was no car in front of me and there was Latesia with her nasty attitude. I had seen the manager go into her office when all this developed and by the way she didn?t want to come to the window at first. What I did see was a blond woman walk towards the managers office. I was then told she was a manager as well, but why did she not come to the window to speak to me if she had heard the exchange? I want someone from Wendy?s to get in touch with me. I?m so upset after all this the manager calls me a liar! Wow

Came here at 1:30 AM and got outstanding service and food. This is rare for any place serving food at this time these day. Obviously this place is under good management and has an awesome staff to back that up. Today was my wife?s birthday and this was the best service I had all night, thanks!

Outstanding spot for tasty Cheap food. I wish there were more places like this around town. There was quick, helpful, and friendly service. Bring your appetite because portions are filling. I see why this place has so many good reviews.

I went to this particular Wendy 's after the traditional lunch hour rush for lunch after spending the morning looking at condos. There were maybe six other guests therescattered at different tables. I have been so grateful since Wendy 's allowed a substitution for fries since I have not been a fan for most of my life, but I do enjoy their chili. I just wish the staff would be trained on what the products ' actual names are for items that may be requested. The packet of additional seasoning is printed as HOT CHILI seasoning. When I ask for this most don 't know what I want them as me to repeat it. Oh, you want Hot Sauce. It has been called Chili Oil, Hot Sauce, Flavoring Packet, Seasoning Packet, etc.
