Starbucks - Orlando

Wonderful staff that always welcomes you with a Hello and welcome. One particularly this morning she had very beautiful curly hair over her shoulders wish we had caught her name she was such a treasure and informative. Was very happy with our service this morning. Very cozy cafe with a car thru, excellent drinks and food. The employees are aware of the deficiencies and have no problem indicating an alternative. 10/10 service. I had Dragon Drink with Coconut Milk, the Sir had his Vente coffee and we also ordered two grilled cheese everything was on point.

We use this outlet regularly when you are from Newcastle, England usually have no problems. Yesterday we found out that it was going through, we go there, or just order, you cannot order here before the U.K. app. After we had explained this, we were allowed to buy so well over the counter. I don't know why they're doing this on the weekend without explaining why.

Unfortunately, the blonde roasting machine was broken, but had no other problem. Staff were okay and the service was good.

Perfectly prepared and prepared on time, as promised. No waiting time. Frappuccino and banana nut bread. Delicious banana bread. Moist and so fresh. Frappuccino was not watered and showed to sit too long. It was perfectly prepared and tasteful. A note... we parked in the back parking lot. There was no way to get to the door. Just restless when we've never been there and didn't know where the door was. Has drive thru, but I ordered on app before and I always go as planned to sit on the line thru. In this particular case, however, there was no one in the drive, so that the better choice could have been at this point.

Me and my 13 year old sister didn't know it was drive through only so we went into the store. A lady told us it was drive through but she let us order anyway which was so nice
