Ruth's Chris Steak House Orlando

Service was great. Kristen was amazing and was very attentive to our needs. Eating was good; writing nothing at home. I had stuffed chicken, which was juicy, others had red meat. We had the Mac that had no taste, but the Brussels and crab cakes were delicious.

The food was absolutely amazing and if you combine it with a beautiful, friendly and attentive servant, the experience is amazing. I recommend this restaurant

Dear Ruth's Chris, but this time the steak was boiled over

Calamari was loaded with fat and sent back. No manager came to ask us about the returned appetizer. Lobster ravioli appetizer was mostly filler, no lobster, overcooked and tasteless. It took a lot of salt. Ribeye no bone was mostly gristle, overboiled (not medium rare) and tasteless. Not worth the price. It took a lot of salt. Large fillet was cooked correctly but tasteless. It took a lot of salt. Lobster Mac and cheese sat in water, minimal cheese. The crabcake appetizer was the only product acceptable. That was a birthday party for the son. We usually take things home. This time (and we gedimt at least 20-30 times in this restaurant) we left everything. We didn't even want the birthday dessert. I have serious doubts that steaks are best. Clientele has changed... very loud. All in all, you know it was a bad experience if you want to go as fast as possible. I have no intention of coming back; there are several steak houses that offer their diners much better just a few minutes.

Stellar experience as always. Ruth's is the best restaurant experience and everything is consistently done well.
