Went here to celebrate my boyfriend?s birthday, made a reservation and we were seated right away. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. I had a Wellington, my favorite platter from Kres and my boyfriend had a pork platter. For appetizer we had the carpaccio. Birthday dessert was free of charge.
Definitely a delicious/memorable meal!! The calamari was one of the most tender we had. The brussel sprouts and truffle fries were yummy sides as well. The vegan menu was a great option too especially when there are multiple diets at the table to consider. you can?t go wrong with the complimentary bread/butter and dip. Desserts were tasty and pretty big portions so be sure to leave some room for that! Paid garage parking, menu prices, and kind of slow service were the only negatives. Must try if you can afford to!!
Excellent steakhouse in Downtown Orlando. Waiter was on point with recommendations and choices of wine. Really made the experience better. Food was delicious. Filets were wonderful and cooked to perfection! Would definitely recommend regular oysters and not the Rockefeller oysters. Blue points. Rest of the food was great. We had a lot of different apps however they will taken down before I could snag pictures. Their specialty old fashion was great. They actually infuse fruit into the ice ball so as it melts instead of watering down the drink it adds flavor. Drink of the night. Deserts were also great. Very nice place and accommodating.
Tried this restaurant this past weekend while visiting Orlando. Atmosphere was very nice, not too crowded, great service. This is a chophouse with many meat and seafood choices. What drew me to this restaurant was the vegan menu. There is a 3 course vegan menu available daily and on Saturday's there is a vegan chef who makes new vegan dishes for diners. There was a nice wine list and wait staff was very knowledgeable about menu and wine. Would definitely recommend you give it a try.
The atmosphere inside Kres was amazing. Staff was very attentive and our server Russell was top of the line! They have a very unique vegan menu that was a three course option for $45. Specifically recommend the vegan crab cake. Ps. The drinks hit hard ????
