Bidra med feedbackWent in on Saturday morning. First off was freezing inside. Sat down and got attitude from server from begining. Then wife asked for half coffee half hot chocolate. And instantly got attitude and she said oh we don't do that u can have either a coffee or hot chocolate. Really how about we just get up walk out and go to Denny's .3 miles away. Good call lady it was better service . No money for rude people. Sorry I didn't make u work there and I sure am not giving a rude person my money. Bye.
I order take out they only had 2 waitresses there with no host. I can see my food sitting on the window for 10 min. My omelet was burned and the meat inside look horrible, threw the whole thing out. The only thing that was good was the
Not a very good experience, went in for breakfast and we sat and waited for a long time until someone acknowledged us. So got up and left the restaurant. Horrible customer service and don't deserve any stars
On the upside... very happy to see that much of the IHOP menu has changed to improve the food quality. No longer the use of High Fructose Corn Syrup and other improvements. It's everything we have come to expect from this restaurant of childhood memories but with an improved health twist. On the downside... the profit margins must be a challenge for this restaurant chain, it would seem. Staff was attentive but clearly understaffed. And the building is feeling dated, I am afraid.
I would give this iHop zero stars if I could. Waited over 45 minutes to receive our food after placing order Eggs Benedict. I felt sorry for our server as it was not his fault. The food came out, finally, sloppy and way over cooked. The food was so bad that neither one of us could eat the food. The server took the food off our ticket BUT we had to pay for the hot tea $3.79 plus tax for a total of $4.04. I had water, at least they didn't charge for that. I asked our server where the manager was. He/she was in the kitchen cooking. Have photos to show but cannot seem to add. I failed to mention that the hash browns were fully cooked to a crisp and crunchy and not edible. The eggs was fully cooked (not poached) and hard inside. The hollandaise sauce was haphazardly thrown on and so little. I would have loved to talk to the manager but he was too busy being a cook. I cannot believe that I had to pay for the hot tea but iHop needs ever penny they can get at this location. I go to an iHop after Mass on Sundays located on East Colonial and it is always excellent with great food (eggs Benedict) and great service plus fast. We will never return to this iHop and we live not that far. Sorry, this place should be avoided at all cost.
