Bidra med feedbackI love chipotle and i use to like ordering from here so much... but lately it has gone downhill. Everytime I order its something wrong with the order. They almost always forget to pack the Tortilla on the Side. Lately they have been barely filling up the bowls they will not even fill it up the half the bowl of the line on the actual bowl and i have actual pictures, you pay almost $30 dollars ordering and they barely fill up the bowls half way. Today was the icing on the cake I couldnt even eat my bowl due tothe fact every bite I would try to take literally tasted like I was eating a spoonful of salt im not sure if they are just messing with my orders at this point but I will not be ordering anymore. I love chipotle and I am a frequent buyer but not anymore.
These staff members deserve a raise. They provide delicious food and friendly service. I witnessed one of the employees handling a difficult situation with a Florida man and his wife, and she maintained her composure remarkably well while efficiently serving other customers in the midst of the chaos.
My rice was cold, old, and clumpy. They also forgot the queso that I requested for my Burrito Bowl. As for the Chips Queso Blanco, it was a mixed bag; the chips were quite stale, but the queso was delicious.
Caritas was very dry, as if it had been left in the warmer for far too long. Both burritos were also extremely dry.
I visited during peak hours and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the management appears to be doing a commendable job. I'm not entirely sure how to spell his name, but Edwin provided outstanding service. While the food may not be gourmet, the entire team, including him, did a fantastic job.
