Burger King - Orlando

I'm so glad the lady manager wasn't. Listen tonight. She's so rude and very respectful. The young man who raised my order was polite and generous, even with a long line. That's like my favorite restaurant, please keep good administration to the lady night shift was so common.

Terrible customer service. You need new employees, the lady attitude was ridiculous and she got the order wrong after I had asked her if she got everything and confirmed it....if the staff didn't work like there, why work there? Honestly.

They do not offer great customer service. Don't imagine her uniforms dnt look neat, they look angry. They take forever when they order. It seems they're just throwing someone in the register. I worked at Fast Foods and this kind of stuff would write me down or fried. I arrived there last weekend and it was terrible 3 ppl came back and asked for food to be repaired. It was a person who does most of the work. this Burger King must be improved or closed.

I ordered a dinner. They offered me ketchup I prefer dipping my fires in BBQ sauce....they told me I have to pay extra.. I never paid it, she gave me a sauce. Food came fast, but I'm in my feelings about the 27 cent. I'm not coming to this place anymore. Burger King, was that NORMAL?

The food here is always cold. Not enough staff. Only three people doing all the work. They ran out of the chicken sandwich when I was there. The speaker was broke so you had to order your food and pay them wait at the same window. All to get cold food. I made they take my fries back and made them cook fresh fries for the 25 minutes I had to wait for my food that I had to reorder because they had no chicken for the chicken sandwich. The person taking the order dudnt care about anything including the long line.
