Brio Italian Grille – Millenia

We had a reservation for 6pm and finally got seated about 6:10. The restaurant was busy but not packed. Drinks and bread came quick but entrees did not come till after 7pm. One of the entrees came even later but the manager did comp that one. I have never been to this Brio so I was disappointed in the service compared to my experience at other Brio’s.

Great as always however, Brio does not disclose that it has a Happy Hour menu unless you ask. It is very tricky and disappointing. I’ve always come at 5:00 pm and bd we got that small happy hour menu and started noticing yo UFJF that tables around me had that little menu and cocktails started pouring into the tables. I decided to ask a neighbor table guest and he said it was happy hour. We’ve been paying full and smart people paying less. None of the servers tell you about that! Be aware!!!!!

We ordered, and our meal came out sporadically, and it seems a big party next to us got their food before we did even though they ordered after us. Food came out cold and some orders wrong. I’ve been going to Brio for 20 years. This was pretty miserable.
