Charming and smiling staff The best tasting chocolate flavors ever! We strolled around Mainevent and cinemas and saw this place. The girl at the counter made fresh waffles. My son loves waffles and he went in and asked if they sell waffles. She patiently explained that it is waffle cones and also tastes very beautiful. My children are not easy to handle, but both started to look at the flavors and check the shop before you order something. She was very patient in handling our order and she was one of the few people who brings true magic to customer service!! Kudos! I had the toffee and ordered Vanilla Chocolate for children. I also have the chance to know how Ben Jerry's Foundation. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it.

The staff here is really friendly. You know what's in every ice cream. My children were undecided and wanted samples and the staff was very accommodating, which is refreshing. The ice cream always looks fresh and always tastes amazing. The interior is clean and it always smells amazing inside. This is our favorite look when we're in the area.

The ice cream was obviously wonderful and my waffle bowl dipped in chocolate was amazing. It was just a shame that only a girl worked on a busy Friday night. Waiting was good as I was with friends, but I know it's kind of sucking to be the one who works this situation and has to go between food and money.

A huge thank you to the young man working here tonight at closing. I'm chaperoning a yearbook convention across the street. My kids were at a movie and my young and (ornery) son was with me waiting to pick them up. All he wanted was chocolate ice cream which they didn't have. He settled on vanilla with mini M&Ms but he didn't like it. He said he wished he could just have some M&Ms and the young man working gave him a little cup of them. It made his night. Thanks again!!
