Lo Spiffero - ORISTANO

Had to wait a little bit, but the meat was good and perfectly cooked (beef was medium rare and juicy), bread was amazing, crunchy and soft inside, and all the sauces were very well balanced. Friends had the turkey one and the pork one, and they also loved it. A bit pricy for oristano (avg 10/15€ per burger) but definitely worth for me. I’m used to US/UK prices and I spent much more for half the quality in other places. Probably the best burger I ever had in Italy and one of the best ever.
