Starbucks - Orion charter Township

I visited Dieucks after a fun night out. The atmosphere had a certain freshness to it, with a focus on green and healthy products.

I ordered online from here, try to make my day better, a drink without ice and I used my points so it was free. they gave it half full to me, then the guy said he could add more milk and, although that is not what I wanted, I said sure. I guess his manager said he couldn't lead me to ask. but if I had asked for extra milk online, it would have been free like all other add-ins, so why not just add some more milk and move on with our days. in tropical smoothie, if your cup is not full, we make more smoothie to fill it and we do not invite it. when I ask what size is something, you show me the cup and I order it, I expect it to be filled to the top, some places where it spills out. so, it's really so serious whatever thank you for nothing. oh yes and my croissant that I asked to be warmed was cold.

They were busy however great customer service I am visiting friends here from Georgia

Yesterday I went inside for the first time to order. I stood there for a few minutes, not one person acknowledged me. As I waited trying to make eye contact with at least one person, Not one person looked at Me. I have never felt so invisible. 5 WOMEN working yesterday(Sunday). There was no one ordering at the drive-through. There was 3 cars just waiting for their drinks. And mind you I was the only person in line and no one was waiting for their drinks inside. If you are a manager reading this I would address the situation but, you were probably working too.sooo.... ‍

This restaurant is fantastic! The staff are cheerful and friendly, and they deliver your orders quickly, even when it's busy. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Highly recommended!
