Tim Hortons - Orillia

Twice in 2 weeks I've had to take a detour to find another tim Hortons on my way to work because this one has no power. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m a Tim’s fan, but today I received a coffee that tasted burnt, a lukewarm hash brown and I ordered a toasted bagel with butter, the bagel wasn’t toasted and they put cream cheese on it $7 down the drain

I have been going to this Tim Horton's for over a year now and have realized the prices are more expensive than the other ones in Orillia. They are charging $2.10 for a med. steeped tea and 5 minutes down the road it's $1.90!! Can anyone tell me why?? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
